GENERAL INFORMATION

Business agility is essential in a constantly evolving world of work. Traditional organisations are susceptible to getting bogged down in bureaucracy. Because all important decisions come from the top, they can be slow to respond to change. Agile organisations, on the other hand, decentralise power and recognise the value companies get from listening to employees on the front line. When change happens around them, agile organisations react quickly.

METHODOLOGY
4-hour online and face-to-face workshops, where individual and group exercises will be carried out. There will also be a space for work and debate, to contrast doubts and share information. In addition, leadership will be put into practice in order to implement it later in companies.

OBJECTIVES

Agile leadership is a leadership style that strives to remove barriers to success so that employees can be more effective and productive. Because agile teams work better together, agile leadership generates better results, both in business outcomes and in the motivation and commitment of people to empower teams, agile organisations unleash the full power of their workforce.

TEACHER

Iñaki Bustínduy. Graduate in Economics ADE and Political Science Sociology, also Master in Financial Management and Research in Social and Legal Sciences. He has spent most of his professional career in strategic consulting and human resources, both in multinational and local environments. He has also had managerial experience as manager of an important electrical material distribution group, as HR Interim Manager in several companies and also as entrepreneur of several businesses. Currently, he is Managing Partner of H&B Human and Business where he directs and implements organisational, team and professional development projects. He teaches at various business schools in subjects related to strategic management, human capital management, organisational behaviour, processes and their productivity, career management and management skills. He is also the author of several books on management and management skills.
