GENERAL INFORMATION

Practical course to learn how to create interactive reports with Power BI.
Are you running out of Excel, do you have to do a lot of formulation to have interactive data? The solution is to implement Power BI, it is an extinction of Excel itself that will allow you to create interactive interfaces to view data quickly and visually.

100% online sessions, combining theory with practical methodology.
Templates will be created that will be useful in your day-to-day work and will make it easier to follow the classes.

OBJECTIVES

The objective of this 16-hour course is to be able to complete all of these Power BI functionalities by oneself

• Create connections from different data sources, automating the import of the data
• Transform data using Power Query (BI component integrated in Power BI)
• Create calculated columns with DAX
• Create measures with DAX for advanced data analysis
• Designing a good data model for the correct analysis of information
• Create ratios specific to the management of the company
• Representing data as the most appropriate visual element in each case
• Representing information in an interactive command box

WHO IS IT AIMED AT?

It is aimed at all workers who use Excel on a daily basis and those who want to have more knowledge about a tool that can facilitate the presentation of data and extract basic information. Some knowledge of Excel is required but no knowledge of the Power BI tool. The course is designed for different levels so that everyone can follow it.

It is necessary to have a computer per student and to download the latest version of Power BI Desktop.
