You will learn about how the legislation will transform the packaging industry
For a few years now, the European Union has been developing an action plan for the circular economy and one of the many measures that are being taken is everything that involves packaging, mainly single-use and plastic packaging. On the other hand, in June a draft of the new waste law was carried out in Spain, which aims at the EU regulations in this area and will try to promote the new circular economy paradigm, thus accelerating the transition to more sustainable systems.
During this session we will try to talk about what impact this new legal framework on waste will have within European strategies, the position at the territorial level of this new implementation and how companies can adapt to this regulation.
