This course aims to provide members with tools to improve communication skills and expand their records, in order to carry out effective and two-way public interventions with the capacity for influence, persuasion and impact, both in person and in virtual format.
The program is structured around three fundamental tools:
Feeling: Transmit from emotion
News: Tell something new and surprise
Memorable: Make it impactful and memorable
Essential to mobilize and motivate towards action, change, involvement and commitment to the different audiences that can configure the audience.
