Description: This project stimulates a process of collaboration between companies in the sectors of packaging and medical technologies, which helps to undertake joint initiatives that allow them to strengthen their competitive position. Companies approach a process of strategic reflection that allows them to have a better knowledge of their company and identify new opportunities for diversification of their business. For companies in the medical technology sector, it represents an opportunity to satisfy their needs in the field of packaging and for packaging companies an opportunity to diversify their business.
